Founder/CEO/Chairman of the Board
Dr. Willis is a licensed psychologist in the state of Arizona. She has/currently served (s) on various boards within the community. Dr. Willis has a passion for improving the health of individuals in underserved/marginalized communities and is heavily involved in organizing/participating in community events that aid in providing education, resources, access to care, and support to improve the lives of others.

Kameelah Butler is an administrative professional with experience in office operations and team support. She stays connected to the community through volunteering, community engagement, and building positive relationships.

Lynn Brown, JD/MBA
Treasurer
Professor Brown is a business law and finance educator at Phoenix College (Maricopa Community College District), holding a Juris Doctor and an MBA in Finance. As a licensed Insurance Broker and principal of Brown Insurance and Tax, he continues to work at the intersection of personal finance, regulatory compliance, and small business advisory.
At Phoenix College, Professor Brown founded the Bears Den Pitch Competition, an entrepreneurship initiative designed to support and inspire aspiring entrepreneurs. The program reflects his belief that access to business knowledge, and mentorship can be genuinely transformative — a value that carries directly into his role as Acting Treasurer for the Foundation of Wellness & Community.

Larnell Farmer

Larnell has worked in law enforcement in various capacities for nearly 30 years. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Columbia College of Missouri. Larnell has volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Urban League and the NAACP, in the position of President. Larnell sits on the board of the Daniel Robinson Foundation and is also a member of The Organization For Recruitment of African Americans into Law-Enforcement. (ORAALE)

Shalonda Hill, RDH is a registered dental hygienist with 25 years of experience in dentistry, committed to advancing community wellness through accessible oral health care and education. She currently serves at a community health dental clinic, where she supports the veteran populations and promotes preventive care. Through her work, Shalonda remains deeply connected to the community by empowering individuals and families to improve their overall health and well-being.

Lovely Poole, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker, community advocate, and founder of Bigger Picture AZ, LLC. With extensive experience in mental health, substance use treatment, medical social work, and community-based services, she is committed to advancing wellness through education, outreach, and collaborative partnerships. Her work focuses on connecting individuals and families to resources, reducing barriers to care, and promoting mental health awareness in underserved communities. Through her leadership and service, she strives to strengthen community well-being and create lasting opportunities for healing, growth, and empowerment.

Charessa Land is a proud Phoenix native, dedicated leader, life coach, and passionate servant of her community. Holding a Master of Business Administration (MBA), she serves as a Regional Director for a local college, where she is committed to empowering students and helping individuals achieve their educational and professional goals. Her leadership is driven by a deep belief in the transformative power of education, mentorship, and personal development.
Charessa also serves as a Pastor at her local church, where she is dedicated to fostering community, encouraging spiritual growth, and helping people discover their God-given purpose. Her heart for service and relationship-building has made her a trusted leader both inside and outside the church.
